New Technologies Help with Heavy Oil Skimming (HOSS)

In this video Raymond Butler, Special Projects Manager at BP, describes a new heavy oil skimming procedure. Developed by Captain Gerrad Matherne, this new procedure enables Vessels of Opportunity (VoO) to filter water from the Gulf rather than skim oil from the surface.
